(1) Since the goods and clothes distributed for the purpose of the police service employees should be replaced if they are torn or broken, the police head office will form a condemnation committee to determine whether such goods are torn or broken due to reasonable reasons or not. Based on the report submitted by the committee, the police head office and the regional store will recruit instead.
(2) There will be at least three members in the Condemnation Committee. A gazetted officer of the police service will be the chairman of the condemnation committee (3) The Police Head Office may hand over the work done by the Central Condemnation Committee to the regional or any other police office.
(4) Based on the report made by the regional or any other police office regarding the work as per sub-rule (3), the police head office will give the final decision.
(5) Apart from the work to be done by the Condemnation Committee in accordance with Rule 179, the Police Head Office may make arrangements with the approval of the Ministry regarding its other work duties.
